# Voting Power

$$
V\_{power} = T\_{stake}^\gamma
$$

Where:

* $$V\_{power}$$ is the voting power of the staker,
* $$T\_{stake}$$ is the total tokens staked by the individual,
* $$\gamma$$ is a weight factor that adjusts how stake amount influences voting power.
